When you place a pre-order, your piece is crafted specifically for you. We begin production after your order is confirmed. Pre-orders typically ship within 1–2 weeks. You'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Yes. Some pieces are available in-stock and ship promptly after purchase. Product pages will clearly indicate whether an item is in-stock or pre-order.

Because our pieces are made in limited runs, cancellations and modifications depend on where we are in the production process. Reach out to us at [email protected] as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through our secure checkout.

Our garments are designed with an intentional fit that varies by piece. Some items run relaxed and boxy, others are more tailored. Each product page includes specific measurements and fit notes to help you choose the right size.

We currently offer sizes from S to 2XL across most pieces. Size availability may vary by item since we produce in limited quantities.

Pre-order items ship within 1–2 weeks of purchase. In-stock items ship within 2–5 business days. All orders include tracking information sent to your email.

Enzyme washing is an advanced fabric treatment that uses natural enzymes to soften the fabric and create a unique, lived-in texture. It gives each piece character and comfort from the very first wear — no break-in period needed.

We recommend washing inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Hang dry or tumble dry on low. Avoid bleach. For embroidered pieces, hand washing is ideal to preserve the detail work.

Yes. We produce in intentionally small quantities to avoid overproduction and waste. Our pre-order model means we only make what's needed. Every piece is crafted with care — not mass produced.

Every piece we create goes through a hands-on process — from sewing and embroidery to custom dyeing and enzyme washing. We don't cut corners with automation or mass production. Each garment carries real depth, character, and craftsmanship you can feel.

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Pre-order items are final sale due to their made-to-order nature. Contact us at [email protected] to start a return.
