Eligibility:
   - Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
   - Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return:
   - Contact our customer service team at returns hues.label@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
   - Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping:
   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
   - We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

Refund Process:
   - Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
   - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:
   - We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
   - If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.

Final Sale Items:
   - Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

International Returns:
   - International customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs fees.

A commissioned piece is a one-of-one garment created exclusively for you. Every design is developed around your vision, measurements, and personal style.
How do I request a commission?

Complete the Commission Inquiry Form with details about your vision, occasion, inspiration, preferred colors, silhouette, and any reference images.
What happens after I submit my request?

We'll review your inquiry and contact you to discuss your project, timeline, pricing, and next steps before any work begins.
How much does a commissioned piece cost?

Pricing varies based on the complexity of the design, materials, and craftsmanship involved. A custom quote will be provided after your consultation.
How long does a commissioned piece take?

Most commissions are completed within 2–6 weeks, though more intricate projects may require additional time.
Can I make changes after production begins?

Minor changes may be accommodated during the design phase. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
Will I receive updates during the process?

Yes. Depending on your project, you'll receive updates at key stages so you can follow the progress of your garment.
Are commissioned pieces eligible for returns or exchanges?

No. Since every commissioned garment is made specifically for one client, all commissioned pieces are final sale.
